In the State of Nevada apostilles are issued by the Secretary of State’s office Ross Miller in Carson City.
Documents submitted for apostille must comply with the following guidelines:
- In order to obtain apostille for a Las Vegas marriage certificate you need a certified copy of your Las Vegas Marriage Certificate issued by the Clark County Recorder, County Clerk with the signature of Debbie Conway, Recorder.
- The certificate issued by the Reverend or judge is not acceptable. The cost of the copy is $15.00. We advise you to obtain your apostille before returning to your home country.
- You can request marriage certificate from the Clark County Recorder’s Office (500 S. Grand Central Pkwy, 2nd Floor Las Vegas, Nevada 89106).

Price and processing time:
Price is $20 per apostille normal processing and $75-$1,000 Expedited service.
Processing time is same-day counter service or 3-4 weeks for mailed orders.
